Yes, after just three lessons you’re facing 400 yards, bunkers, trees and water.
We want to change that.

Golf can be the same. We can get people learning the game out on the golf course, playing 9 (or even just 6) holes from just 50 yards in.
It’s the equivalent of the ‘bunny slopes’ in Switzerland. As they gain confidence and skill, we’ll move them back. One day,
if they wish, they can tackle golf’s equivalent of a Black Diamond slope.

For anyone who’s learning, or is less-skilled / experienced, playing golf from the tees can limit the enjoyment.
If you’re playing with family or friends for enjoyment, then set up the game so that they can tackle
challenges they can accomplish, at least some of the time.
