Use your driver dispersion to your advantage

Once you know the boundaries of the area you normally land your drives, negotiating tee shots becomes so much easier. That’s why dispersion patterns are invaluable.

Your dispersion pattern is the area that you usually land the ball. Not only does it improve your aim, but it makes club selection a lot simpler as well. For instance, when you know that you land your driver within a 40 yard area (dispersion), you’ll have a much better idea of where to aim to give yourself the best chance of scoring. And if a fairway is too tight for your dispersion, then you’ll know to pick a club that keeps you in play.

Not sure what your dispersion pattern is?

Before you can use your dispersion, you need to know what it is, and not only for the driver, but for every club in your bag.
